個人情報に関するご相談・苦情は、上記住所の「個人情報お問い合わせ窓口」宛てに郵送してください。フォーム稼働後は、お問い合わせフォームからも受け付けます。
2. 取得する情報・利用目的
お問い合わせフォームでは、氏名、メールアドレス、会社名（任意）およびメッセージを取得する予定です。お問い合わせへの回答、関連する見積り・打ち合わせ、依頼内容の確認および不正利用への対応に利用します。営業メールやニュースレターへの自動登録は行いません。必須項目をご提供いただけない場合は、フォームを送信できません。機微な個人情報、身分証明書番号、パスワード等は入力しないでください。
3. 委託・第三者提供・国外での取扱い
本サイトはOpenAIのChatGPT Sitesでホストされています。ホスティングに伴うログ等は日本国外で取り扱われる場合があります。同サービスではデータの保管地域を指定できません。フォームの送信は無効で、フォーム送信およびメールのサービス事業者・取扱国は未確定です。送信機能を有効にする前に、委託先、取扱国、保護措置および必要な本人同意の有無を確認し、本方針とフォーム上の説明を更新します。国外移転について本人同意が必要な場合には、法令で求められる情報を提供した上で、別途同意を取得します。
4. 保存期間
運用方針案：お問い合わせ情報は、その対応および関連する業務に必要な期間に限り保存し、不要になった情報は遅滞なく削除するよう努めます。契約・会計等に関係する記録は、適用される法令上の保存義務に応じて保管します。フォーム稼働前に、メールとフォームサービスの保存・バックアップ設定を含む具体的な運用を確定します。
5. 安全管理措置
現在のサイトには、フォーム内容の自動保存、外部への入力内容の送信、アクセス解析タグまたは広告タグは実装していません。送信機能は無効です。本サイトはHTTPSで配信されます。フォーム稼働前に、アクセス権限の制限、アカウントの保護、委託先の監督、保存・削除手順および漏えい等への対応手順を確認し、実際に講じる安全管理措置を本項に記載します。
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求
個人情報保護法に基づき、利用目的の通知、保有個人データおよび第三者提供記録の開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を、法令の定める範囲で請求できます。上記窓口に、ご氏名、返信先、対象となるお問い合わせおよび希望する対応をお知らせください。必要な範囲で本人確認を行います。代理人による請求では代理権を確認します。対応できない場合はその理由を説明します。手数料や本人確認のための追加書類が必要な場合は、事前にご案内します。
7. Cookie・アクセス情報
現在のサイトのコードは、Cookie、ローカルストレージ、広告トラッカーまたはアクセス解析を使用していません。動画・画像・フォントは外部の埋込みサービスから読み込んでいません。ホスティング事業者は、配信、セキュリティおよび運用のためにIPアドレス等のアクセス情報を処理する場合があります。詳しくはOpenAIのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。フォーム・迷惑送信対策サービスについては、導入前に本ページを更新します。
8. 変更
取扱方法の変更や法令への対応に応じて本方針を更新し、このページに掲載します。新たな同意が必要な変更については、別途必要な手続きを行います。

2. Information and purposes
The contact form is intended to collect your name, email address, optional company name and message. These details will be used to answer enquiries, discuss related quotations or projects, clarify requests and address misuse. Enquiries will not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or newsletters. Required fields are needed to submit the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information, identity document numbers or passwords.
3. Service providers and overseas processing
This website is hosted using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and associated operational logs may be processed outside Japan; Sites does not offer data residency. Form submission is disabled. Form delivery and email processing arrangements have not yet been finalised. Before enabling submissions, we will identify the providers, countries and safeguards, assess whether consent is required, and update this notice and the form. Where overseas transfers require consent, the required information will be provided and consent obtained separately.
4. Retention
Proposed operating policy: retain enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and related business, and endeavour to delete information promptly when it is no longer needed. Contract or accounting records may need to be retained under applicable law. Mailbox, form-service and backup retention procedures must be finalised before form delivery is enabled.
5. Security safeguards
The current site does not implement form autosave, transmission of typed form content, analytics tags or advertising tags. Submission is disabled. The website is served over HTTPS. Before enabling form delivery, access restrictions, account protection, provider oversight, retention and deletion procedures, and incident response must be established. This section will then describe the safeguards actually in place.
6. Requests concerning your information
Subject to the conditions in Japan’s APPI, you may request notification of purposes, disclosure of retained personal data and third-party transfer records, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use or cessation of third-party provision. Contact the above privacy desk with your name, reply address, the relevant enquiry and your request. Identity will be verified only as necessary; representatives may need to demonstrate authority. If a request cannot be met, the reason will be explained. Any applicable fee or additional verification documents will be explained beforehand.
7. Cookies and access information
The current site code uses no cookies, local storage, advertising trackers or analytics. Video, images and fonts do not load from third-party embed services. The hosting provider may process access information, such as IP addresses, to deliver, secure and operate the website. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. Any form-delivery or anti-spam service will be described here before it is enabled.
8. Updates
This notice will be updated on this page when processing practices or legal requirements change. Changes requiring new consent will be handled separately.
